What is your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind our products and we want you to have a happy MMT experience. If you are unsatisfied in any way, contact us and we'll find a solution. Any damages or discrepancies with your order should be addressed within 7 days of receiving it.

Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?
NO! Our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny.

Are your products vegan?
YES! And so are we! So you can always expect the highest and most ethical standards when it comes to sourcing and testing our ingredients. Seriously, what would you expect from a company called Meow Meow Tweet?

Do you use Fair Trade ingredients?
Yes! Our cocoa butter, shea butter, sugar, coconut oil and coffee are all fair trade.

Does your baking soda contain aluminum?
Baking soda NEVER contains aluminum. We use Bobs Red Mill which is mined naturally in Colorado- however that aluminum free claim on their packaging is a little misleading. In short, it's baking POWDER that you're thinking of... We think Crunchy Betty explains it best here.

Are your products gluten free?
Yes! We recently re-sourced many of our ingredients so that our products could be 100% gluten free.

I'm pregnant, which products are suitable for me?
Check out this blog post for general essential oil safety info. While our products are all natural and made with amazing ingredients, essential oils are very potent and there are contraindications when you are pregnant. It's important to talk to your physician about the products you're using too.

How do I know if I have allergies to your products?
Please be aware of any skin allergies you may have before using our products. If you have a history of sensitivities or allergies, perform a skin test first. We offer mini sizes of our entire personal care line so that you can try before you splurge on the full size. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils.

Our products and the information on these pages are not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any medical condition and are not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician.

Do you offer free shipping?
YES! When you spend $75 or more and live in the US.

What is your shipping method?
We ship USPS and UPS. Shipments to Canada are a flat $25 or less. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need to receive your shipment by a specific date. At this time we are no longer offering international shipping outside of North America. Check out our store locator for a shop in your country or purchase our deodorant on Amazon.

Do you ship everyday?
Yes, Monday through Friday... We are a teeny company and many of our products are made in small batches, by hand, so we may not ship as fast as the large companies. Our in-house turnaround times are typically 2-3 business days (this does not include the postal transit time). If you're placing a rush order, write us a quick note at before you checkout, and we'll do our best to meet your timeline.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee shipping times unless we correspond prior to the order being placed.

What shipping materials do you use?
We ship plastic free using biodegradable/compostable corn-based packing peanuts, paper, cardboard and paper tape. We reuse shipping boxes and materials whenever possible.

Where is my package?
The best option is for you to first inquire with your local post office and neighbors. In our experience with helping customers with lost packages oftentimes their neighbors are holding them or they show up in a day or two.

Do you offer free samples?
Generally, no. We are a teeny company and so we can't afford to give out a lot of free samples. We do offer mini sizes of all of our personal care products.

What is the little white date sticker or number on the bottom of my product?
This is the manufacturing date or the batch number. We use this as an internal batch number to track the products we make. Feel free to write us if you want the manufacture date associated with your batch number.

What is the cute little symbol that looks like a jar with a number in it, next to the barcode on my product?
This is called a PAO symbol. The number in the jar symbol denotes the shelf life of your product after you open it. Please store your product out of sunlight and heat to ensure the longest possible shelf life and use within six months of purchase for absolute freshness!
